Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Local Deals & Fun mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans) managed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. User-Generated Content

• You may submit deals, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By posting User Content, you grant Local Deals & Fun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the App.
• You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App
• Post spam, duplicate, or fraudulent deals
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Location Services

The App uses location data to show nearby deals. Location access is optional but required for distance-based features. You can disable location services in your device settings at any time.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account). Deletion removes your personal data, submitted deals, and saved items. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any deals or content posted by users or businesses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Deals & Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
